Refund policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@yumiyujewelry.co If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send items back to us without requesting a return first.


Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-returnable items:
Shipping cost is non-refundable. Any jewelry that has excessive wear or has been damaged cannot be returned or exchanged. Personalized items cannot be returned for any reason, as they cannot be resold. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch with us.


Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds:

Shipping cost is non-refundable. We offer FREE returns for U.S. orders. For International orders, please ship the returns to our warehouse and we will issue you a refund once we receive your package. 
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
