ORDER DELIVERY NOTICE

Do you offer free shipping?

  • We offer U.S. free shipping over $75
  • Domestic U.S. Shipping does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or any other territories under the control of the United States. The Contiguous United States.
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    Free Standard International Shipping for orders $200+

    We ship with DHL express, USPS, and UPS.

    All orders are shipped directly from the United States, you may be subject to customs, duties and taxes fees based on your country.

    International shipping takes 5-10 days to arrive, although USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air or a combination of both.

    You are completely responsible for your all import duties, customs and local taxes designated by your country and region.

    The grand total of your order as displayed at checkout does not include any additional duties required. The carrier will inform you of any additional duties if required.

    If you refused to pay the Duty, the carrier will have to ship back to us. In this case, you will have to be responsible for the shipping fee. 

  • For international orders, DHL shipping is 7-15 business days but we have no control after we shipped out. Sometimes it will be delayed due to customs clearance which we are not responsible for the delay. Please give it more time to be delivered. 

  • If you refused to receive the package you will be responsible for covering shipping cost and returning shipping cost for the package to return to us. 

    UK - You may have to pay VAT, Customs Duty or Excise Duty on goods sent from outside the European Union (EU) before you can collect them. On average, UK will charge 12% of the value of your order.

    Canada - The threshold for bringing goods into Canada from the UK is $20

    CAD - Any orders with a value above this amount will be charged import fees of approximately 5%-13%.

How soon will I get my order (domestic)?

  • Your order will be handled and shipped within 3-5 days of your purchase, except weekends and US holidays. A tracking number will be provided when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to be updated.
  • Domestic orders will be delivered in 3-7 business days after order dispatch.

Refusing to Pay Customs or receive the package 

If you choose to refuse the customs fee or receive the package and the parcel is returned back to the U.S., a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

If you're still unsure of whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

What should I do if I gave the incorrect shipping address?

  • Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address as we are not responsible for the lost package due to the wrong shipping address.  Please email us at support@yumiyujewelry.co immediately if you enter information incorrectly, we will update your order if it has not been shipped yet. 

    What items are returnable? 

    • Request and ship the products back within 14 days from the date shipping confirmation is received
    • In unused and resellable condition
    • In the original packaging 
    How soon will I get my refund?
    • Once your returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 10 working days.

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, you can contact us at support@yumiyujewelry.co If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

     

     

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

     

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
